One of the earliest intentional pollinations that I did involved reversing a clone I have had for many years that I call Indigo. I pollenated my cut of Peach Crescendo from Ethos Genetics with Indigo and made a strain called Colorado Rain. Colorado Rain was never released to the public. However, I hunted them and found a keeper and pollenated it with Pirate Cake from Tiki Madman. These seeds are where I found Spanish Moon. After finding a pheno that I was absolutely in love with I selected it as the pollen donor for this line. Most have a sweet artificial candy and berry scent. Some even have notes slightly sharp chemical cleaner and earth. This plant is multi dimensional and has layers. There’s reward for digging deeper. Occasionally a pheno will pop up that has extreme vigor and incredibly high yields that smell like leather, caramel and vanilla.

Spanish Moon S1 offers a rich blend of violet hues, strong branching, and a complex mix of grape rind and incense aromatics that few strains can match.
Spanish Moon S1 usually finishes flowering in 9 to 10 weeks, depending on phenotype and environment.
It develops a pungent, layered scent of sour fruit skin, dusty berries, and soft earthy spice.
Yes, but Spanish Moon S1 performs best in low-humidity climates due to its dense structure and resin-heavy finish.
Many phenotypes express deep purples and even near-black tones in cool conditions, making it visually striking.
It grows with strong lateral branching and a moderately tall central cola, ideal for training.
The aroma can be quite strong in mid to late flower, so carbon filtration is highly recommended indoors.
Expect a mix of grape tannins, spice, incense, and a subtle fermented fruit note in some expressions.

A 3 to 5 gallon pot provides sufficient space without overextending the root zone.
It handles topping well and develops a flatter canopy with stronger lateral sites.
Moderate defoliation around week 3 of flower helps light reach deeper bud sites.
LST and mainlining both work well to shape its branching structure efficiently.
It thrives in both, though organic soil may bring out more nuanced aromatic traits.
