Here at STRNG Seeds, we stand by our products. That includes our STRNG Seeds Germination Promise.
While we strive to have a perfect germination success rate, due to natural elements, we do have less than a 5% germination failure rate.
If you have any issues with germinating your seeds, just let us know and we will make it right with a one-time replacement.
Due to abuse by customers, we can only do our germination promise from 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, there have been too many documented instances of customers taking advantage of our generous guarantee.
If we suspect you are abusing the promise and taking advantage, we in our sole discretion may decide not to replace the seeds.
Unfortunately, we can not promise a successful grow, only a germination. There are so many factors that go into growing outside of our control (water, weather, light, humidity, etc.).
Freebies/Mystery Seeds are not eligible for replacements. We also do not offer replacement seeds for replacement orders. If you are consistently having germination issues across a wide range of breeders and strains, most likely the issue lies with the germination process, not the seeds, and we reserve the right to not offer replacement seeds.
