Yes, all items come in their original packaging, which includes ingredient and allergen info. However, we don’t currently offer mystery boxes tailored to dietary restrictions.

Yes! Every box includes authentic snacks sourced from countries around the world — Japan, Korea, Mexico, Germany, and more.

Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as it’s on the way!

⁠Since these are mystery items, all sales are final — no returns or exchanges. But if something arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.

We rotate our inventory constantly based on seasonal finds and new releases. Even if you order a few months apart, your box will be totally different.

⁠It depends on the size you choose, but most boxes include anywhere from 10 to 25+ snacks, depending on the mix.

⁠We do our best to keep each box unique. While some overlap can happen, most customers say every box feels different.

Most of the snacks are full-sized, just like you’d find in stores overseas. Occasionally we’ll include smaller treats to add variety.

We source directly from international distributors and rotate inventory frequently, so everything is fresh and well within its best-by date.

Some might be familiar, but most will be totally new to you — that’s what makes it fun.
